Why do so many Souls fans hate Sekiro so much ?

Watching a couple of Sekiro Walkthroughs, and i see so many comments calling some Sekiro Bosses as BS or calling Souls is better than Sekiro, saying "Souls is Tough but fair", i am fairly new to Souls and Souls Like Genre, but i don't think they are right about it.

I mean most of the fights in Dark Souls is Dodge, Dodge and Poke the monster in the butt, that's how you play souls, just because Sekiro actually makes you engage in the combat system doesn't make it bad or BS, you just need to get good.

Demon of Hatered isn't bs, you have access to Whistle, Lazelite Flame and Flame Umberella, learn the games mechanics and learn bosses telegraphs.

A few weeks ago, I came in here and said I was done with the game because I simply couldn't get past Tenzen (yes, that's where I was stuck — I must've died a hundred times trying to get him, and of course it didn't help that you have to go through all his minions each time). Y'all all called me a loser and told me to get better.

So I did. I started a new game, and I focused. I really liked the Hirata Estate for learning, although I'm getting stuck at the hunter now. Today I decided, let's try Tenzen again. It took 4-5 tries and I got him.

I took one life with a sneak kill — duh — then I avoided his attacks for the most part, doused him a couple times with oil and flames, and jumped on him whenever possible. Barely hit him with my sword. And I actually had a gourd left over when I was finished!

I felt a tremendous sense of accomplishment. I still feel I have a huge way to go learning the true basics of deflecting and parrying, but this small victory — MY VICTORY! — really puts me in a new frame of mind, that maybe, just maybe, I can do this.
