Please help me defeat Genichiro Ashina because I'm on the verge of crying...

    Posted: 26 Mar 2020 11:11 PM PDT

I cannot even count how many times I died to this motherfucker. The thing is, I've reached his third phase a total of 5 times maybe, but I didn't know how to do lightning reversal, so I died every time, even though I came pretty close. There are still some of his attacks that I simply do not know how to counter: 1. When he jumps in the air and shoots 4 arrows incredibly fast. I almost always get hit by those, and no matter where I try to run he always hits me at least once. 2. When he jumps and does some sort of plunging attack. His follow-up is either nothing, a thrust attack or a sweep attack. But different responses are required for each attack, and I can't read on him what he's going to do... 3. In the last phase I think I'm getting too scared or nervous, but twice I came so close to killing him, only that I pressed the Block button for the lightning reversal, not the Attack button. For reference (I don't know if it's important) but I have 4 prayer bead necklaces and attack power 3, which appear to be better stats than most players who have defeated Genichiro. Yes, I am pretty bad at the game, but I do not want to quit. Any help?

Genichiro first 2 phases in NG+ without Kuro’s Charm - My Personal Best

    Interested in sekiro

    Posted: 26 Mar 2020 06:05 PM PDT

I've never played any of the dark souls type of games. I'm usually into story driven games but sekiro looks pretty interesting is the game like super hard? Like I've been hearing? I'm considering on buying it.

Is there a historical meaning behind Isshin’s kneeling after defeat?

    Posted: 26 Mar 2020 07:30 PM PDT

I know Samurai and japanese leaders committed seppuku after their defeat or in honorable act, but is there any historical reason why Isshin kneels? Is there actually a name for it? And is that an actual style of execution that Sekiro does to Isshin? I might be overthinking things but I always thought it was dope as hell.
