    So I came back to the game yesterday after a long hiatus.

    I had gotten to the final boss and just could not beat him. The game wore me down. But I wanted to come back and try again. I made a lot of progress last night and kept getting to the boss' final phase. Well today, after a few hours of trying, I finally beat him. Feels good man. And apparently today is the games one year anniversary? Miyazaki blessed me on this day. But anyway I just wanted to share my satisfying victory. Thank you for reading.

    O'Rin of the Water question

    Is it possible that O'Rin scales differently based on quest progress or something else? I had absolutely no issues with her on NG and a charmless NG+, killing her on the first try both times, but now that I'm on my third run (took the charm back, since it's been a few months since I last played) I found her a significant amount harder, especially compared to other bosses this run.

    She seems to do large posture damage even on perfect deflects, and on top of that, kept somehow getting to my side/behind me with the camera locked on. She seems to move a lot faster than I remember.

    The only thing I could think of, besides me just not remembering her being difficult or getting lucky the first two times, to explain her sharply increased difficulty was that I decided to progress Doujon's quest this run for the first time using Jinzaemon. Also, on my first NG I did Mibu Village last, and on my second run I did Mibu Village first, so is it possible that had something to do with it?

    Most likely it's just "in my head" but I'm wondering if it's possible other people had similar experiences.
