Posted: 01 Oct 2020 09:57 PM PDT Hi there. I, some clan leader, have been fighting mean infiltrator, so-called Wolf, at the upper tower in my castle. He deflects any slashes and attacks me violently with weird ninja gadgets installed in his lost left arm. Parries my brilliant sword dance, jumps like a grasshopper and kicks my head down fuckin' so hard (forgive my impoliteness). I have heard of Senpou Temple Arts, but you think that relentless kicks represent Buddhism seriously? He could even deal with my deadly lightning sword like return to sender. He must have read that hanging scroll. On top of that, he is goddamn immortal... I hate him. I hate Wolf. He is not a wolf, just a bitch. Chihuahua bitch (forgive my impoliteness). I hesitated to ask you for help for a while. But you know hesitation is defeat. I have to protect my clan and my people absolutely. Could you give me your advice on how to beat that bastard? Thank you. [link] [comments]

Posted: 01 Oct 2020 10:12 PM PDT Man oh man, i was bodying anyone with a spear or thrust attacks in my first playthrough, but the Hirata spear guys charmless & bell demon are thrilling fights and i feel like their patterns are so different that it's like fighting them the first time! And then, the axe guys now have super armor and so you have to adjust your tactics again, it's like the hit and run of Bloodborne but with Sekiro moves. I'm using tools and nightjar slash to dash in and out until their super armor breaks and then press the attack, it's new levels to the game that really feels different, not just that every enemy hits like a truck and becomes a sponge (like Bloodborne NG+). I can't wait until i have unlocked all the skills and upgrades and have a complete arsenal to play with! I'm not sure how much of this experience is due to NG+, charmless, or bell demon, but I'm really having a blast with it. I'm calling it the masochist run and if you've beaten the game already, i highly recommend you give it a try! [link] [comments]
Posted: 02 Oct 2020 12:45 AM PDT I'm at the end game and..I feel like it's been the crappiest part of the game so far.. The ashina elite guy is pure tedium, clearing the way to the drunkard was annoying, DOH is rubbish (tried once, I really can't be bothered beating him for my first playthrough), and then seven Spears with a fucking general in a small area with fire. Doing an area for a 3rd time is not fun. I was enjoying this game and I could overlook some of the crap...but man it's really stretching it now... Did anyone else feel like this? It's almost as if the game wasn't finished and they had to pump it out so they went fuck it, used the same area added some fire and reskinned some shit cunt enemies [link] [comments]

Isshin Mortal Draw Strategy (no spirit emblems required) Posted: 01 Oct 2020 11:08 PM PDT I have a cheese that I'm not ashamed of. Genichiro: run up to him at the start of fight and hit him with two Mortal Draw slashes. Then hop on his head Mario style and land on him with two more Mortal Draw slashes. Repeat this step until he is dead. Isshin Phase 1: Keep your distance at all times. When he runs to the right he will do a three hit combo - run to the left whenever he starts his run and let him miss with all three strikes. Mortal Draw x2 after his last whiff. Block/dodge everything else. Isshin Phase 2: Keep distance again. When he comes for a leaping smash, run to the right. He will fly over you and hit the ground. Mortal Draw x1 here (x2 if you like but the second can leave you open to a counter-hit). Isshin Phase 3: Same as Phase 2 but just remain aware of lightning. Reverse them or just stay back and out of reach. [link] [comments]
Posted: 01 Oct 2020 10:39 PM PDT If you're having trouble with owl, yes there's a million fucking YouTube guides. But lemme give you the real cheese that papa tyrannicon missed out on Mortal blade It does less (but still significant) damage when you run out of emblems You could use that bloodborne mechanic if you beat the sashimi warrior in the bottomless pit for extra emblems but it's not necessary if you ran out of confetti Anyways I just wanted to contribute sumn to this sub that isn't a stupid question. Hopefully someone else is newer to the game than me and comes across this Happy hunting Edit. My bad that's bloodborne^ [link] [comments]
Sekiro is my first From Software game, and I don’t understand the hate from souls players Posted: 01 Oct 2020 02:04 PM PDT I was always intimidated by the souls type games cuz how hard they were. But because of this pandemic I found myself staying home a lot so I picked up sekiro while it was on sale. I was definitely intimidated but at least I knew what I was getting myself into, I probably died a hundred times before I got used to the combat, I'm not done with the game but I don't think I'll ever find any boss to be impossible or become discouraged. So after I've been seeing a lot of people complain about the game for various reasons, difficulty, and combat seems to be the most popular complaint. But what surprises me the most is how people who've played dark souls and blood Bourne think this game is impossibly hard or can't get used to the combat. Now I've never played DS or Bloodbourne so I don't know how much of a difference it makes but you'd think they'd try to understand instead of bitchin about the combat. I've died more times than I can count and it is frustrating but it feels like I get better every time and it feels satisfying to memorize a bosses attack patterns and beating them with that knowledge. So this leads me to ask a few questions: why are people who like Souls players hating on the game's difficult even though it's a staple of from software games, and what is the specific reasons why they don't like the combat? Edit: im not talking about the souls players that like the game but those who love the series but hates sekiro [link] [comments]
