    I made a post about beating Genichiro the other day, and since then I've come on a long long way, at least I think so. I can't play as often as I'd like, as I have little ones to look after, so usually progress in these games is quite slow, but I digress.

    After I beat super pikachu on the top of his tower, I've been on a major explore, and to put down everything I've done in detail would take far too long, and I'm sure it would bore anyone reading anyway. So I'll try to summarise.

    I went down to the sunken valley fresh from my victory, in full Billy big bollocks mode thinking I could destroy anyone in my path, and fairly quickly got taught some more humility by several of the inhabitants there, culminated in a half hour long ass whooping at the hands of a certain ape.

    But I took that turd flinger down, and made my way to Senpou temple, dealing with the orb slinging kamehameha death machine in the dungeon on the way there, then I took out the suit of armor with terrible depth perception, the hide and seek monkeys, and I even finally took out that damn one eyed snake.

    Then I moved into poison swamp land, or Blight Town mk2, as it is now affectionately known to me, and I bumped into something I didn't expect. Another fucking snake, or maybe its the same one back from the dead? I know they like that stuff here. And if that wasn't enough, the walls attack you, and the rest of the place is trying to poison you.

    Anyway I managed to survive, and my reward was death cannon Valley with little miss wreck your day with a touch of poison sprinkled about the job, cos why not? And once I got through all that, who do I meet on the other side? That fucking ape, back from the dead, err, again.

    But what happened next is why I think I've come a long way, I just managed to beat the cheeky boy on my first attempt! Compared to how he was demolishing me before, he could barely even hit me this time, even with (albeit not great) backup, and oh boy it felt good.

    That's as far as I've come up to now, but I can't wait to see what the rest of this game has in store, because I've loved every minute of it so far!
