A custom sticker cover I ordered for my cc. A screenshot I took of sekiro popping a mibu balloon of wealth at fountainhead palace. (My room lighting doesn't do it any justice)

Little note about the final boss arena...

    Posted: 04 Dec 2020 01:26 PM PST

Ya know those invisible walls that keep you from running off the edge unless you're pushed or jump off?

    They aren't there.

Found that out the hard way on the last stretch of their final death blow..

So, ya know, be mindful. And always remember..

    Dreaming about Souls (literally)

    Posted: 04 Dec 2020 04:37 PM PST

This happened with Bloodborne, but it was a much briefer experience. Where last night I had one of the coolest the dreams ever; the sky opened, I raised my arms to it as all kinds of green looking illusions came down and oddly enough didn't even feel afraid. The bulk of the dream was Sekiro related. It was awesome. It really is amazing how souls games can do this.

You can actually see the giant serpent from the guardian ape's watering hole.

You can actually see the giant serpent from the guardian ape's watering hole.

I don't know if any of you noticed but I was amazed at how beautifully the map is connected. Its my 8th playthrough and in every playthrough I see more and more intriguing stuff.

We need a mod where everytime you revive, you hear Lothric saying "Rise, if you would..."

Anyone else not use items/prosthetics/combat arts?

    Posted: 04 Dec 2020 06:28 PM PST

The swordplay is just too good. I know I have other tools at my disposal, but the feeling and hitboxes are just too much fun. I just started ng+ with no charm and demon bell, and it feels like I started at the beginning again. Things are fresh and I have to double down on my knowledge and feel and learn even more. I don't know how I'll ever go back to a Souls game lol I hope Elden Ring has some Sekiro influence, mainly deflecting and posture.

    How To Git Good?

    Posted: 04 Dec 2020 05:45 PM PST

    Hey all!

I can directly from DSR and Bloodborne and thought sekiro looked fun, AND it was on sale for Black Friday! I'm really enjoying it so far but it all came to a halt after chained ogre. For some reason I just can't beat the mini-boss after him. I don't know what it is but I've used a resurrect and all 3 of y gourds before I even get one deathblow, nevermind losing health to kill the common enemies. I stemmed off to that optional part where it's back in time but couldn't get past the first mini-boss their either. I'm starting to enjoy the game less because of how stuck I am and I just want to progress. The only complaint I have is how linear everything is, whereas in dark souls and Bloodborne you could go and farm and level up so it was a bit easier, I haven't been able to figure out how to upgrade my damage or health. Does anyone know of any tips for beginners or like a video guide for getting good!

    Thanks so much!

Xp price for lvl 1 is now 2200?

    Posted: 04 Dec 2020 05:09 PM PST

Hi there! I'm new to sekiro and for some reason my xp requirement to get to lvl 1 went from 500xp to 2200xp. I cant find anybody talking about this so I'm assuming its a glitch. Please tell me if there is a way to fix it, thanks!

Was the Gyoubu Oniwa fight super easy for y’all too?

    Posted: 04 Dec 2020 12:07 PM PST

I am not trying to brag because I am absolutely shit at the game at times. It took me probably 30 tries to beat the butterfly lady but I beat Oniwa first try without even knowing a boss fight was about to happen. I didn't even have to revive. Did most people find this fight easy or was it a fluke? I'm just a little confused.

How do you time Mikiri Counter?

    Posted: 04 Dec 2020 05:03 PM PST

I just got to the Shinobi Hunter guy with the spear. I've been trying to use mikiri counter on him, but I keep messing up the timing. Also, do you just press the button to activate it or do you step dodge into the attack? Another question, does it only work on thrust attacks with the red symbol or just any thrust attack? Thanks for the help...I really need it lol...this game is absolutely kicking my ass.

Has anybody got an image of the front and back of the sekiro game case?

    Posted: 04 Dec 2020 07:17 PM PST

I bought a pre-owned copy of sekiro and it doesn't have the front or back of the box art so does anybody have one I can print out to replace the image that came with the pre owned copy?

    Completed the game at last!

    Posted: 04 Dec 2020 12:59 PM PST

Sorry for the delay! I completed Sekiro last week and defeated Isshin Ashina after 8 times losing to him. I did all the bosses without using any Ako's, Yashariku's or Divine Confetti. No boost was used. Only prosthetics and healing material and I didn't know that I had rice ball too :P. (Don't count mini-bosses who requires these items). For me Genichiro Ashina was only the toughest boss of all the boss. It took me 25 defeats to beat him and I respect that character. Guardian Ape, Demon of Hatred I used Hit & Run tactic even for Owl and 2nd phase of Isshin. I was so into this game and i felt this game at very emotional level. I cried, got angry, smiled did everything. Parrying is one of the best things in this game, this thing made it one of best combat game and I surely know it deserved totally GOTY 2019.

Thank you FromSoftware & Activision for this awesome game. I am still stuck in the memories of this game. To all the people who completed the game, you guys Rock 🤘🤘

P.S :- If anyone knows where i can buy merchandise please let me know. I am from India, so please cheap be best. Arigato🙏

Why are the reflection of strength fights so dificult?

    Posted: 04 Dec 2020 12:23 PM PST

First of all I would just like to say I am playing through the game for the first time and I am loving it so so much!

Now on to the thing I don't get: There have been several times after beating a boss where I had so much fun, I wanted to go back and fight them again in the reflections of strength, but they seem to be 1000x harder. I have just beaten the true monk, have 10 attack power and 9 gourds, but I can't even beat Genichiro in a rematch.

How does it work? Do they scale in a specific way? Or are they set at a high level and you're only supposed to fight them at the end of the game when you are full power?
