I beat Demon of Hatred today. Posted: 26 Jan 2021 05:38 AM PST I got the game on release and played all the way up to being on the rooftops after the invasion of the red guys. Then I quit for some reason, probably another game came out. Only played once between then and now and was rusty, getting my ass handed to me by the nightjars. After realizing I was close to DoH from some posts on this subreddit I decided to get back to it. The rust came off pretty quickly and I almost feel like I'm better than I was, probably because I used to play while drinking. So anyways, spent a bit trying to warm up on the red dudes who were slaughtering me. Gave up and just ran for the boss. Started out like 3 stages? And he hits this hard? I might be at this for a week. But nope, few hours at most. Fell back in love and now I'm looking to platinum, or at the very least ng+ for the Shura ending, no charm + demon bell style because I'm a masochist. On to sword saint tomorrow I believe.
