100% Fair Rematch: Corrupted Monk, Demon Bell, Charmless, No Healing

    Posted: 03 Apr 2021 09:28 AM PDT

Shadows have died way way more than twice, but after 4 playthroughs, we got there. Feels good to have 100% for a game lol

Shame how many people quit this great game on the first boss

    Posted: 03 Apr 2021 10:39 AM PDT

Anyway to see how many attempts on each boss?

    Posted: 03 Apr 2021 09:03 PM PDT

Stupid question but i see quite a few people saying how many attempts they took to kill each boss and i can't seem to find any evidence of the game logging this (it should). I'm assuming people either are writing down attempts themselves or bull****ing?

    Depressing thought about inner memories

    Posted: 03 Apr 2021 03:32 PM PDT

Although I'm probably overthinking this, does anyone else find it sad that despite being the greatest fighters in the land, Genichiro, Owl and Isshin were nothing compared to the inner versions?

Inner Genichiros memory states that even if he trained his entire life he could never reach the true heights of the way of Tomoe and only as a memory was he able to achieve it.

He tried so hard to protect his homeland, yet he would never reach the full potential of Tomoe's teachings.

Inner Owls memory states that Wolfs memory of Owl was a better warrior than the real Owl could ever hope to be.

For all his brilliance and cunning, Owl was nowhere near the man Wolf remembers him as.

Inner Isshins memory states that he would constantly seek battle and the thought of fighting the one who cut him makes his blood boil at the excitement of fighting someone as strong as him.

Despite unquestionably being the greatest fighters in the land at the time of his death, Isshin was nowhere near as powerful as Wolf's memory of him was.

My friend (a Witcher fan) sent me the original meme, so I flexed on him by adding CAS and Sekiro.

I finally got around to downloading this and playing for last 4 weeks and my god what trip it was going from souls to Sekiro. Genichiro only took me two days I swear that chained ogre gave me so much trouble though😅

Defeating Isshin charmless, bell demon, no healing until Elden Ring is out (day 41)

I'm 5-6 days deep into this game and wanted to ask that what happens if I don't use the Sakura droplet?

    Posted: 03 Apr 2021 11:46 PM PDT

Will all the NPCs die? And if they die do they come back? And are the Sakura droplets restorable or are they limited?

Finally beat the game this morning!

    Posted: 03 Apr 2021 12:22 PM PDT

This was the first FromSoft game that I've ever played and I absolutely fell in love with it. I tried playing this last year some time and just couldn't understand the mechanics and always got too frustrated, so I took a break and early this year I came back to it for another attempt. I read a post here a while back that basically said that you should just expect to die many, many times (its even in the name) and that statement for some reason completely switched my attitude toward the game. Instead of getting angry and giving up after a few attempts I just accepted that I would die a lot and buckled down to learn the controls. Im so glad that I did because this game was absolutely stunning and the lore is phenomenal!

About to start Bloodborne now, wish me luck!

3 playthroughs 3 times fighting and killing guardian ape

    Posted: 03 Apr 2021 05:55 PM PDT

And its still shit. only boss in the game where you have to run and parrying isnt an option and you have to run around going against everything this game has taught you. firecrackers dont make it easier. moves like a monkey(pun intended) but hits like a 10 ton truck. it takes me multiple tries to change my gaming habit this game has put me in just to beat it. anyway i dont think it belongs in sekiro. if it wasnt in a game like this it could be a great boss

I know you are a kind lady with great wisdom, but do you really have to kill me 59 times just to approve me that I have finally grown stronger?
