The feeling of accomplishment is undescribable, yet will probably never happen again because it's my first play through

After many hours spent, tears shed, vocal chords torn, and controllers broken... immortality has been severed.

Found this in r/Fantasy. I think it looks awesome! Does a great job recreating the atmosphere.

Took a couple weeks of late night practice (that Phase 2 is TOUGH), but finally beat NG+, Charmless, with Demon Bell rung. Purification ending attained at last!

I am so proud that I defeated my 3rd boss!!!! I spent HOURS trying to defeat him!

12.07.2013 - Almost seven years ago I started my journey, with the buggy mess that was Dark Souls on Steam. Now, I have defeated every boss, mastered every spell, and unlocked every trophy! Bittersweet that it's over, but now I am looking forward to Elden ring and the Demon's Souls-remake!

Sekiro honestly wasn't that bad to 100%, and it might just be my favourite game from FromSoft - though that might be recency bias. The combat is so satisfying, with some of my favourite bosses from the entire series (Ape&Monk). Got to say, I hope there is a Sekiro-sequel in the works!

It took me a "few" tries but i did it! I loved every single try, this game is a Masterpiece. My first completed From game, going for 100% for sure.

Guys I have died to Genichiro 40 times in the past 24 hours

    Posted: 13 Jun 2020 03:55 PM PDT

I don't really feel like I'm learning anything or sensing the rhythm of the fight like I did with Lady Butterfly and Gyobu, who are the only other main bosses I've beaten. It seems like I keep trying to deflect or attack based on what I predict he'll do next but he changes it up and I'm not able to react quick enough to change my maneuver.

What's really weird is that my progress on any one match is super inconsistent; sometimes I get the first deathblow, sometimes I get the second, and sometimes I just die immediately without varying my play style at all. Any tips for him/how I can better study his moves?

    Boss Memories

    Posted: 13 Jun 2020 06:01 PM PDT

I think when you beat a boss, and you get their fucken soul or whatever and you upgrade your power, then you should be able to literally confront that memory and fight it again!

Part way through my first play through I wanted to fight sone of the bosses again so I could see how I would do, or because I particularly enjoyed them. I think that would've been a neat addition
