    So I've seen some pictures of things like Sakura dragons, Fountainhead Palaces, Isshin fights, final credits etc, they look really cool and wish they had been included in the final product.

    Think it was a strange move on From's part to have the ending be perpetually dying to Great Shinobi Owl. I've seen videos of people beating him, cheesing him even, which i can only assume to be lovingly made fanworks, speculations on what might happen if it were possible to reduce the first of his two healthbars to below 60%

    I've beaten all the Souls titles, and Bloodborne, and they had final bosses whose healthbars went all the way to 0%, cutscenes after them even, end credits - Sekiro's ending seems like a bizarre departure from this tradition.

    Beat inner isshin in one try(possible spoiler)

    Obligatory braging about what's going on for me in this game. About 2 months ago I conquered isshin the sword saint, about that same time I beat inner genichiro then about a month ago I did a no hit isshin the sword saint and I started and finished my shura playthrough. Then about 2 weeks ago I started my third playthrough and beat the shura gauntlet. Then today I was bored and I decided to try out the severence gauntlet just so I could try fighting inner isshin. After about 2 hours of gameplay and a lot of cursing great shinobi owl out, I got to inner isshin. I expected to die pretty quickly and then have to practice but apparently not, it definitely was not a clean run but I survived to the end and did not hesitate. Thought I'd just share my accomplishment as I'm very proud of this. Have a great day fellow shinobis!

    When did Sekiro click for you?

    I've been watching my 16 year old nephew play Sekiro for the past hour or so. He recently platinumed Bloodborne, but is really struggling with Sekiro (he's at Gyoubu, and still mostly dodging instead of deflecting.) It got me thinking about how long it took me to get a handle on the game — and finally start having some real fun.

    For me, it was the first Guardian Ape fight. It kicked my ass, and pushed to a point where I almost decided to just move on from the game. Then during something like my 30th try it just clicked: this is a rhythm game. Once I learned Ape's dance moves, suddenly i didn't ever want the boss fight to end. I was having too much fun!

    Wondering if other people remember having a similar moment?

    cant find phantom kunai endgame

    i'm in end game and anayama the peddler and kotaro the npc i led to him have died. i've beaten the divine dragon which is what everyone is saying is what must be done in order for them to appear in the box but they're not there.

    Finally beat the game after 2 weeks of playing. Took almost 1 of those weeks to defeat Sword Saint Isshin. BUT I DID IT AND AM HAPPY. Enjoyed my blind playthrough here is a quick clip of the final fight! :D

    Charmless O'rin is a different beast

    Alright so I'm on my first charmless bell demon run (ng+5), beat Genichiro and Corrupted Monk with relative ease. I beat Sword Saint, Owl (father) and Shura Isshin (via reflections, although without the bell demon). I beat O'rin with charm in 2 attempts, but she's wrecking me here. Any tips? I haven't done Lady Butterfly either, she may well be the hardest part of the run tbh

    Even if scaling made them extremely weak compared to NG. I just feel no need to fight any non-mandatory mini bosses and it makes the game feel a little... small I guess? This is my first NG+ (at Isshin right now actually) and I was pumped to fight all the bosses for more AP. But anyone with two health bars and a mob defending them just gets ghosted.

    Waifu vs Spear

    After numerous attempts trying to defeat Isshin, I needed a bit of variety and decided to turn off in-game music, play in B/W and have The Revenant OST in the background. This dreamy quality of the fight was surprisingly efficient and helpt me stay calm and grounded. Slowly making progress.

    I have just beaten Genichiro and the fake corrupted monk. There are loads of guides on YouTube on the best farming spots for gold/levels/materials but they all suggest different locations.

    So what is the actual best farming locations for gold/levels/materials?
