Fighting the Folding Screen Monkeys after a couple of playthroughs
I love fighting these guys.
The thirst for immortality takes the best of us, even charming locomotives
After 87 hours, I finally 100% Sekiro
Finally defeated Demon of Hatred after 10+ tries (2hours). Promised myself this is my last try. Out of gourds, out of res and got careless towards the end but managed to do it.
Im just going to say it.

This game is ridiculous. I love it.
Hot take: Fuck the chained ogre
#7: Emma, The Gentle Blade. Fun fight, especially before Isshin. Sad to kill the best lady though...
Defeating the Dual Headless on NG+7 without Kuro's Charm and Bell Demon On
What made wolf become Shura wasn't betraying kuro.Instead it was killing Emma that done it.
When I took the game disc from my roommate’s TV cabinet, I didn’t realize what I was getting into. Here I am after 150 Hours.
I finally earned it(sorry for bad picture quality).
How to avoid a certain attack from DOH?
Hardest platinum of my life, I’m so sorry lady Emma.
Lord Isshin down.
What’s “that boss” you had trouble with the most?
What skills should I get and in what order should I get them?

After what must have been over a dozen tries I got phase 1 and 2 Genichiro figured out down to an art form, most runs were actually hitless, but every single time Way of Tomoe would wreck me.

I had his posture at a sliver about 5 times, but nerves kept getting me. My last run I baited his lunge for a mikiri and returned his lightning until he was dead, looked down and my vitality was at 100%.

It's been 15 minutes and I can still feel the jitters, this game trained me from getting wrecked in 10 seconds when I started to pulling off a flawless victory.

Feels good, man.

This thing has been the bane of my existence through multiple runs. Each time I have only won by cheesing his first bar and then getting him in the spot to fondue even more. I have yet to even come close to killing this guy in a actual fight. I just died to that fucking drop kick mma style shit. Not to mention the grab that has a extra goddamn dimension. Hardest mini boss in the game.

I say this because of what Emma says in the cutscene before her fight. She says (I have witnessed Shura before and the same stirs inside you as well) this implies to me at least that he isn't Shura yet but he is in danger of becoming Shura. This also explains why Emma calls you Shura with when you kill her because at that moment he became Shura. I'm probably wrong but just thought I'd share this thought

How to avoid a certain attack from DOH?

So in his second phase (i think) he makes a fire attack where you can technically grapple to him but he makes a large fire areal damage towards you. I am not talking about the jump fire attack what he generally does from time to time.

How can you grapple towards him? I tried to jump and dodge but am always getting burned.
