    I’m still learning this game, but after winning this fight I have a new drive to play this game. I’m not looking forward to this butterfly chick I keep reading about but this fighting is awesome.

    A few questions from a beginner

    1. Can I find/buy new clothes?
    2. How do I level up? I've already fought 2 bosses and I only have 2 prayer beads. Does it actually take 4 bosses to level up in this game?
    3. Am I really messing by dying so much? i read somewhere that the more times you die, the more people get sick. Am I ruining parts of the game by dying so much or is it fine?
    4. Which bosses are actually mandatory? I'm confused because it was possible to just run past the two bosses I killed already (I didn't try to run past the ogre dude but it just seemed like I could have by just pressing L2). Have I not gotten to the first mandatory boss yet? Im so confused about this.
    5. Should I be using all these items I'm getting? I've gotten so many items, like all these sugar things and I'm wondering if I should use them or save them for something.
    6. When can I start buying consumables? Besides just spirit emblems.
    7. Is there a cost to using the homeward idol? Do I lose anything?

    Honestly I probably have more but I'm just so in love with this game already and I wanna figure some stuff out so I'm not going in totally blind. I don't mind mild spoilers.

    Hello sekiro subreddit. Haven't been playing sekiro for a while, but I already finished my NG+7/Charmless/Bell-Demon run. I started a challenging new game recently, without the charm and had the bell demon in my bag. And I find myself stuck in the fight against Lady Butterfly, and I can't kill the blazing bull as well. If I enable hard mode in new game pluses, there are a lot of useful items to make my fight easier. But it's not possible in NG. Would you like to share how you made it? Any tips appreciated 💪💪

    Currently left my file on like ng+3,4,5? Got the urge to play again, was curious to see if anyone just continues their file or just start new again. For me personally, I just don't want to worry about picking up items and such on my first run again. I can see people becoming worried about increased "difficulty". Lowkey miss my stars one shoting animals.

    My goal was to 100% Sekiro. I leave for college tomorrow and unfortunately I was not able to accomplish my goal in time. I can’t wait to play it again and get the 100 when I come back for thanksgiving break ❤️this game has meant so much to me
